in which two-year-old mulberry plants were growing. A water solution of the commercial product Insegar (2.0 gl

) was poured in Petri dishes for a total area of 6,104 cm
2
. The air inside the greenhouse was collected by a suction pump when 1/3 of the solution evaporated. It contained 3.56μg m
−3
of fenoxycarb. As soon as the solution evaporated completely, the mulberry leaves were collected and washed with water. This water contained 390μg of fenoxycarb kg
−1
of leaves. The leaves, dried in the shade and analyzed 15 months after collection, contained 13μg kg
−1
of fenoxycarb. |
