Summary: | The title compound, [(CH

NH
·[(PhPO

SnPh
]-, has been synthesised and its structure determined by spectroscopies (IR, RMN and Mössbauer) and single crystal X-ray crystallography. The Mössbauer spectroscopy data for the title compound (QS=3.50 mm s
) are in accordance with the trans O
SnC
geometry at tin atom. The SnPh
residue is axially coordinated by two monodentate [PhPO
H]- anions, leading to a trigonal-bipyramidal geometry around the tin atom. The anions [(PhPO
H)
SnPh
]- are linked by pairs of O-H…O interaction, forming an infinite chain. In the crystal, neighbouring chains are linked by hydrogen bonds N-H…O via the cation [(CH
CH]
NH
forming a three-dimensional network. |
