Summary: | Preparation of design technical documentation for the development of hydrocarbon deposits includes many processes, the implementation of which is determined by the requirements of current regulatory documents. Processing a large amount of information, reducing the time frame for the execution of design documents and increasing requirements for the completeness and quality of its content poses the task of automating design processes for specialized institutes.The article considers the process of digital transformation in the field of designing the development of oil and gas fields using the example of the science-intensive software «AutoPTD», developed by PJSC NK Rosneft within the framework of the target innovative project «Smart-GIR». The key principles and components of the system aimed at automating the process of creating design and technical documentation are described. Particular attention is paid to the creation of a single digital space, automation of labor-intensive tasks, ensuring end-to-end use of data and unification of approaches to calculations.The development and implementation of this software will allow the transition to a single digital space, providing for the work of the design team in separate modules of «AutoPTD» using a single source of information. When changing any parameter in one module, automatic synchronization and updating of data in all other modules is provided. This will minimize the risk of errors, eliminate duplication of information, improve work efficiency and the quality of design documents. As a result of using a single digital database, it is planned to obtain digital transparency of the system, unify and automate the processes of generating design documents.To control the process of preparing technical design documents, a business process control module has already been implemented and is used. This allows monitoring the current state of the design process and tracking project deadlines.The article presents the target state of the implementation of the «AutoPTD» software, as well as the current results of its development.Automation of the process of preparing design and technical documents through the use of «AutoPTD» modules will increase the speed of work and at the same time improve the quality of projects by reducing the risk of errors. |
