Summary:The first record of Phoradendron iltisiorum Kuijt for Guerrero, an endemic epiparasitic species of Mexico, is presented. Four new localities in Guerrero and Oaxaca are reported. Also Cladocolea andrieuxii y C. spathiflora are recognized as two new parasitic hosts of P. iltisiorum. Se presenta el primer registro de Phoradendron iltisiorum Kuijt especie epiparasita endemica de Mexico, para el estado de Guerrero. Se reportan cuatro nuevas localidades en Guerrero y Oaxaca. Tambien se reconoce a Cladocolea andrieuxii y C. spathiflora como nuevos hospederos parasitos de P. iltisiorum.
