P-37:Design of a Thin Multiple-Lamp Backlight System by Optical Simulation

The thin vertical type backlight system was designed by optical simulation. The high luminance and large size backlight can be designed efficiently by using optical simulation. The simulated backlight system showed 90% of uniformity with thickness less than 10mm.
