Summary:The authors have successfully developed a WUXGA LCD monitor that has the world's highest performance level for color gamut and brightness for the number of pixels equal to or greater than UXGA. It provides a color gamut of approximately 150 [%] of conventional CRTs, and further, our monitor assures the high brightness of 600 [cd/m2] or greater.
