Summary: | Today, the concept of organizational justice is given great emphasis in terms of increasing the efficiency and productivity of the organizations. In that study, three dimensions regarding organizational justice were analyzed. These are distribution, process and interaction justice. The main aim of this study is to determine the organizational justice perceptions of the staff working in the hotels and discuss the outcomes which will be gotten for hotel enterprises. The sample group of this study was formed 120 employees working in various departments of the three “five-stars” hotels located in Antalya, where is the most important touristic city of Turkey. |
