Summary:Detection of DNA is a very important task for molecular biology and biomedical field. We have investigated electrochemical behavior of double-stranded DNA and single-stranded DNA adsorbed on conducting polymer modified electrode in presence of cobalt complex. The possibility of using such electrode as gene detector is discussed.
