Civil Enforcement of EEC Antitrust Law
This article examines whether and to what extent private civil remedies are, as a matter of law, and ought to be, as a matter of policy, available in the Courts of the EEC Member States for breach of the antitrust provisions of the Treaty establishing the EEC.
