Summary:An enzyme electrode with NAD amplification for ammonia analysis was constructed by the combination of an oxygen electrode with an immobilized multi-enzyme (NADH oxidase, alcohol dehydrogenase, and NAD synthetase) membrane. The response time of the sensor was measured as one min. and the detection limit of ammonia was as low as 0.2μM.
