Main NMR Characteristics of Synthetic (25r)-5α-furostanes

The assignment of 13 C signals of synthetic (25R)-5α -furostanes together with the main 1 H characteristics of the furostane side chain are presented. The main effects on chemical shifts due to conversion of ring F into an open chain are briefly discussed.
