Summary: | This study aimed to investigate the desirable characteristics of students with professional teaching experience as industrial education teachers by employing the three rounds of the Delphi method to collect data. The research instrument was a 5-level value assessment scale questionnaire. The data was analyzed using the median, mean, standard deviation, and interquartile ranges. According to the findings, specialists think that, in terms of performance standards, instructors with professional experience must possess characteristics at a high level. In the case of professional ethics, instructors who practice professional experience with pupils must possess the highest levels. Regarding the specialization characteristics of teachers in a specific discipline, students exercising teacher professional experience must possess the maximum level of characteristics. Similarly, experts note that prospective educators must prioritize accountability, punctuality, and specialized operational skills. |
