Summary:Two narrowly endemic species of Gentianaceae from northwestern Yunnan Province in China, Gentiana spathulisepala T. N. Ho & S. W. Liu and Swertia lihengiana T. N. Ho & S. W. Liu, are described, illustrated, and compared with their closest relatives. Keys are also provided for the allied species of G. spathulisepala and S. lihengiana, respectively.
