Summary:This study examined how conflict management strategies influence the organizational performance of Peace Mass Transit Ltd. The survey research method was adopted for the study. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The population of the study comprises the purposively selected 255 staff of Peace Mass Transit Ltd, Enugu state. The hypotheses were tested with Simple Linear Regression Analysis. It was found that compromising as a conflict management strategy has a significant influence on the performance of Peace Mass Transit Ltd (β =0.230 at t=4.272; sig=p=.00
