Description
Summary:Chloroneb was shown to be systemic in the three turfgrass species Poa annua L., Poa pratensis L. ’Merion’ and Agrostis palustris Huds. ’Penncross’ through radioautographic and thin-layer chromatographic analysis of techniques on 14 C-chloroneb-treated plants. The systemic activity of chloroneb helps explain the 4–5 mo control of Typhula blight (Typhula incarnata Lasch ex Fr) obtained with it.
