Summary: | Vinca ispartensis Koyuncu & Ekşi sp. nova (Apocynaceae) is described and illustrated. It grows in calcareous, stony locations in Isparta Province (southwest Anatolia, Turkey). Vinca ispartensis is morphologically close to V. herbacea and V. soneri; the diagnostic morphological characters of the three taxa are discussed. An identification key of the genus Vinca in Turkey is provided. |
