Summary: | EXAFS spectra of liquid and solid SeTe are analyzed in the temperature range from 80 K to 735 K at the Te K-edge. Bond lengths of first nearest Te-Se and Te-Te are 2.59 Å and 2.83 Å in the solid state and 2.53 Å and 2.75 Å in the liquid state, respectively. The mean square relative displacement for Te-Te decreases discontinuously at the melting point. |
