Considerations on the history of literacy in Brazil: academic and scientific production and the establishment of field research

In order to think about the configuration of research field on the history of literacy in Brazil, focuses on the academic-scientific production on the subject, highlighting results of research carried out by different research groups in Brazil, with a design that presents what has been researching the subject. Discusses the movement to set up a field survey of the history of literacy dialogues directly with the historical research on education and the school and which prevail in research on materials, practices, production, utilization and movements of objects for this teaching in primary Brazilian school Com o objetivo de problematizar a configuração do campo de pesquisas da história da alfabetização no Brasil, focaliza-se aqui a produção acadêmico-científica a respeito do tema, destacando resultados de pesquisas desenvolvidas por diferentes grupos de pesquisa brasileiros, com o que se apresenta um delineamento do que vem sendo produzido e enfatizado sobre o tema. Discute-se o movimento de constituição de um campo de pesquisa da história da alfabetização que dialoga diretamente com a pesquisa histórica sobre a educação e sobre a escola, prevalecendo investigações sobre materiais, práticas, produção, utilização e circulação de objetos destinados a esse ensino na escola primária brasileira.
