Summary: | This article describes a training experience developed within the framework of the national program of teacher training. The primary purpose was to analyze secondary schools in a context of their meanings and orientations. The experience brought together teachers, directors, pedagogical advisers, and preceptors of secondary schools in the city of Villa Mercedes, Argentina. On one hand, we present an analysis of the representations of secondary school constructed by the participating actors, as well as the concerns and problems regarding current school scenarios; and on the other hand, we describe proposals for intervention that the actors delineated to permit educational practices aimed at accompanying the trajectories of students in transformed school cultures. |
