Summary: | The objective of the article was to describe Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from the perception of the
internal public of a family compensation fund in the department of La Guajira, Colombia. Contributions include
Cobos and Arbeláez (2018) and Ye, Kueh, Hou, Liu, and Yu (2020). The research was descriptive with a
documentary design. The questionnaire was applied as an instrument. The results show that workers are
motivated by the CSR practices established by the company. It is concluded that the application of CSR allows
the worker to increase their levels of satisfaction, commitment and loyalty.
El objetivo del artículo fue describir la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) desde la percepción del
público interno de una caja de compensación familiar en el departamento de la Guajira, Colombia. Entre los
aportes se citan a Cobos y Arbeláez (2018) y Ye, Kueh, Hou, Liu, y Yu (2020). La investigación fue de tipo
descriptiva con diseño documental. Se aplicó como instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados evidencian que
los trabajadores se sienten motivados con las prácticas de RSE, establecidas por la empresa. Se concluye
que la aplicación de RSE permite que el trabajador, aumente sus niveles de satisfacción, compromiso y
lealtad. |
