Sinomenine concentration in the microdialysis samples was determined by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The liquid phase conditions and conditions for mass spectrometry are shown in Supplementary Table 5, http://links.lww.com/CM9/A970. For IL-1, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-3, and rheumatoid factor (RF)-IgM, the IR was calculated as EIREIR=IR lrb%=C0−CtC0×100%, where C0 is the initial concentration and Ct is the measured value.
