Description
Summary:The copper alloy shell is an important component, and its forming methods include hot forging, spinning, and multi-pass cold extrusion. The purpose of this paper is to study a new process of bimetallic 3D printing technology in the integrated manufacturing of copper alloy shells. In this paper, the 3D printing technology and bimetal 3D printing technology are briefly described first, and then the experimental analysis of 3D printing technology is carried out, and then the three-dimensional model of the copper alloy water meter is established. Through analysis and comparison, the experimental results show that with the increase of sintering temperature, the density of copper alloy samples gradually increases. Because the copper powder particles are more closely combined with the increase of the sintering temperature, the relative density of the sample becomes larger and larger. The integrated copper alloy shell through 3D printing technology remanufacturing technology can change the density, thermal conductivity, dynamic viscosity coefficient and solid phase rate of the integrated copper alloy shell under the condition of setting a certain temperature. Higher plasticity and thermal conductivity. The copper alloy shell integrated by bimetal 3D printing remanufacturing technology can improve the application range of alloy materials.
