Non-integrating episomal vectors induced pluripotent stem cell line (SDPHi001-A) from a healthy female individual
Isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from a healthy female were successfully transformed into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) by non-integrating episomal vectors containing OCT4, SOX2, c-MYC, KLF4, and BCL-XL. Summary: | Isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from a healthy female were successfully transformed into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) by non-integrating episomal vectors containing OCT4, SOX2, c-MYC, KLF4, and BCL-XL. The iPSCs displayed a normal karyotype, expressed pluripotency markers and could differentiate into three germ layers in vitro. This iPSC line may be subsequently used for further researches. |
