Summary:The object of the study is the ecological and resource balance of the country as a condition for the formation of an ecosystem in the context of the transformation of society, the aggravation of the problem of limited resources, as well as the formation of a single world economic space. The subject of the study is the modern transformational processes taking place in the modern biological system as a result of anthropogenic impact and the formation of clusters of the modern economy. The purpose of the work is to find ways for the development of the national economy that ensure an ecological and resource balance in the to identify the vector development of the entire economic system. Qualitative analysis reflects the factorial impact on the biological environment, determines the main directions of human impact on the environment and serves as the basis for consistent economic and other transformations. The result of the study is the determination of the goals of the state policy in the field of sustainable development of the country: the creation of favorable socio-economic conditions for the performance of national functions by the spheres of the national economy. The main task of socio-economic policy continues to be the harmonization of the life expectancy of a business, its dependence on environmental factors and the development of rules for life adaptability. The main feature of sustainable development is the need for transformational processes in all spheres of life - economic, social and environmental.
