Percutaneous Transluminal Septal Myocardial Ablation for Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy Under Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation Support

We report the case of a 70-year-old woman with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, who was admitted because of severe heart failure and cardiogenic shock and mechanical support requiring extracorporeal membrane oxygenation.
