Summary:Anomalous origin of the coronary artery from the opposite sinus (ACAOS) is a significant subclass of coronary artery anomalies. Ischemic symptoms can develop at any age and judicious use of imaging modalities is needed to guide treatment. We present a short review of this rare coronary anomaly left-sided ACAOS diagnosed in a 42-year-old gentleman.
