Summary:In this paper, the inter-provincial panel data of 30 provinces (excluding Xizang) from 2006 to 2017 are selected, the adjustment of the mining industry structure is taken as the explained variable, and the command type environmental regulation, technological innovation, foreign direct investment, enterprise access, mineral resource endowment and market demand are taken as explanatory variables to build a multiple regression analysis model. And stata15.0 software is used to analyze the influence of the command environmental regulation on the adjustment of the mining industry structure, and then put forward the relevant suggestions to optimize the command environmental regulation.
