Summary: | The electrochemical behavior of flutamide was investigated using a carbon paste electrode (CPE) modified by CuO nanoparticles/graphene oxide/polyaniline (CuO/GO/PANI) nanocomposite. Square wave and differential pulse voltammetry were studied in different concentrations of flutamide. Square wave voltammetry which is a rapid and sensitive method for reversible systems was used to determine flutamide. Based on the studies carried out by the present method, the electrode has an excellent electrochemical activity to the flutamide oxidation. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the sensor showed excellent linearity from 0.050 to 200.0 nM with a detection limit of 14.0 pM; the best values obtained already for flutamide. The modified electrode was applied for the determination of flutamide in human urine and pharmaceutical samples with satisfy results. |
