Summary: | Central airway obstruction (CAO) is a serious presentation of lung cancer and associated chest diseases. It presents a real challenge to the anesthesiologist because usually the patient admitted to the hospital as an emergency case with high grade dyspnea scheduled to undergo rigid bronchoscopy for diagnostic and possible therapeutic interventions. In this case report, we described the anesthetic management of a patient who was admitted to our hospital with CAO. |
