Summary:Guided by the ARCS motivation model, this paper applies the theory of motivation strategy design to the blended teaching model of college English listening and speaking courses. From the perspectives of teaching resource selection, teaching goal setting, teaching task decomposition, teaching organization model and evaluation method construction, this paper analyzes how to improve the online and offline teaching design to improve the teaching effect of listening and speaking courses.
