By gaining a comprehensive understanding of these diagnostic methods, healthcare providers can better equip themselves with effective strategies for diagnosing and treating fatigue fractures, ultimately improving patient outcomes and reducing the risk of long-term complications. Additionally, this review examines the underlying causes and risk factors associated with fatigue fractures. Understanding the contributing factors is essential for implementing preventive measures and developing comprehensive treatment plans. Current trends and future prospects in the field of fatigue fracture diagnostics are also discussed, highlighting potential advancements and innovations that may further enhance diagnostic accuracy and effectiveness. The authors of the publication hope that the review presented below will help expand knowledge about fatigue fractures, optimize its diagnostic process and improve medical care in Poland.
