Summary: | A 45-year-old female dialysis patient with sudden onset of severe pain in the left shoulder and chest was referred for computed tomography of her left arm and thoracic veins. The computed tomography venography revealed 2 completely occluded venous grafts and 2 pronounced stenoses of the subclavian vein. By using a dual injection of diluted and undiluted contrast medium, artifact-free visualization of arteriovenous fistula, arm veins and adequate enhancement of thoracic veins were obtained. |
