Summary: | Desmoplastic fibroma (DF) is a rare, locally aggressive benign fibrous tumor of the bone that has been reported in the maxillofacial skeleton. In this case report, we present imaging findings of a histopathologically proven desmoplastic fibroma involving the left mandibular body region in a 27-year-old male patient. We have also discussed epidemiological data, clinical, radiographical, and histopathological features, along with the prognosis and treatment of DF. |
