Summary:To determine the risk factors for cesarean section (CS) and adverse fetal outcomes (AFOs) in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) based on the severity of maternal hypercholanemia. A hospital-based retrospective cohort study was performed between January 1, 2015, and December 31, 2019. A total of 227 nulliparous women with a singleton fetus complicated by ICP were included.
