Description
Summary:Two new benzoic acids, cladoslide A ( ) and cladoslide B ( ); one new β-carboline derivative, cladospomine ( ); and one new pyridin-2(1 )-one, cladoslide C ( ), were isolated from the fermentation cultures of the mangrove-derived fungus sp. HNWSW-1, along with the previously reported -acetyl-β-oxotryptamine ( ), (4 ,5 ,11 )- -cladospolide B ( ), (4 ,5 ,11 )- -cladospolide B ( ), and (4 ,5 ,11 )- -cladospolide B ( ). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, Rh (OCOCF ) -induced ECD experiments, and Marfey's method. Compound showed cytotoxicity against the K562 cell line with IC values of 13.10 ± 0.08  M. Moreover, compounds and exhibited inhibitory activity against α-glycosidase with IC values of 0.32 ± 0.01 mM and 0.17 ± 0.01 mM, respectively.
