Anesthesia for noncardiac surgery in infant with undiagnosed single ventricle
Possibility of some CHD missed at preoperative evaluation was then considered. Since there was no obvious cyanosis, we ascribed the desaturation to right-to-left intracardiac shunting or a mixing lesion.
