Summary:The structure determination of the title compound, C(15)H(13)Cl(2)NO(2), was undertaken as part of a project on the inter-action of small mol-ecules with proteins. In the crystal structure, the dihedral angle between the two aryl rings is 40.71 (11)°. The mol-ecules are connected via N-H⋯O hydrogen bonding into chains, which extend in the direction of the b axis.
