Summary: | The review includes the classification of non-traumatic cerebral haematomas (NTCH) by localization. For each specific localization of NTCH there are recommended optimal methods of their surgical treatment, which have suggestive nature. In all localization of NTCH and intraventricular haemorrhage the principle of minimal invasive neurosurgery dominates. The frequency of decompressive operations is increasing. In cases of destruction of internal capsule and brainstem structures the improvement of functional outcome is gained by early application of antioxidants. |
