The enabling factors for adopting data or information governance are fundamental to ensure higher levels of implementation of these structures. Thus, a bibliometric research on the platforms ISI Web of Science and Scopus was conducted, where it was possible to propose a model with five influencing factors and seven enabling factors that result in the adoption of data or information governance.
