Summary:We report a case of catheter-related bloodstream infection by Tsukamurella inchonensis, identified using 16S rRNA gene sequencing, in a patient with arterial hypertension for 20 years and chronic kidney disease in hemodialysis since 08/07/2019. To our knowledge, this is the first case of T. inchonensis in Ecuador.
