Summary:In the present paper, the preparation of 3?-hydroxy-17?-dimethyl-tert-butylsilyloxy- 5-azaandrostane (15) in fourteen steps is described. B-nor-17-oxoandrost- 5-en-3?-yl acetate (1)1,2 was used as the starting material, which was transformed to the key intermediate of the synthesis, B-nor-17?-dimethyl-tert-butylsilyloxyandrost- 4-en-3?-yl acetate (7). U ovom radu je opisano dobijanje 3?-hidroksi-17?-dimetil-tert-butilsililoksi-5-azaandrostana (15) u 14 faza. Kao polazno jedinjenje upotrebljen je B-nor-17-oksoandrost- 5-en-3?-il-acetat (1) koji je transformisan u kljucni intermedijer sinteze, B-nor-17?-dimetil tert-butilsililoksiandrost-4-en-3?-il-acetat (7).
