Summary: | Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm previously called CD4+CD56+ haematodermic neoplasm or blastic NK cell lymphoma is a rare and clinically aggressive hematologic malignancy, derived from plasmacytoid dendritic cells. It is characterized by a skin tropism and co-expression of CD4 and CD56. We report the case of a 57 year old man who had lesions papulonulaires back and lower limbs associated with multiple lymph nodes. The diagnosis was made by histological examination and immunohistochemistry. |
