Summary: | Bladder leiomyoma is a rare, benign tumour of the bladder. We present a clinical case of a 47-year-old asymptomatic woman with symptomatic bladder leiomyoma. Computed tomography showed well-defined bladder leiomyoma in the right posterior bladder wall. After partial cystectomy, pathology findings confirmed leiomyoma of bladder, and the patient achieved clinical recovery in 8 months. We discuss the relevant recent literature of bladder leiomyoma. |
