Description
Summary:In this paper, single-nucleus RNA sequencing was performed to provide a resource of cell-specific niches in the murine ALS model spinal cord at peri-symptomatic onset stage of disease. The data suggest that dysfunctional neuronal-glial communication occurs prior to disease onset, which is partially recapitulated in human post-mortem ALS spinal cord tissue.
