Summary:•This study investigated severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection in fully vaccinated healthcare workers.•All cases had high cycle threshold values and were asymptomatic.•The immunoglobulin G (post-vaccine spike 1 receptor-binding domain) level was between 778.9 and 4420 binding antibody units/mL.•Transmissibility of SARS-CoV-2 following vaccination remains to be analysed.•It is important to continue the use of preventive measures against SARS-CoV-2 in the hospital setting.
