Summary:This article discusses the importance and principles of hydraulic calculations in in non-pressurized pipelines. The main hydraulic elements of flow in a non-pressurized pipe are determined depending on the radius of the pipe. The most efficient hydraulic cross section R=f(h) for fluid flow in a non-pressurized pipe was scientifically substantiated for the depth and diameter of the flow through a functional relationship.
