Summary:We discuss Results and Perspectives of RHIC experiments beginning from an overview of the physics and experimental tools at RHIC and then introducing the highlights of the experimental results to date: (i) collective flow, (ii) hard probes and (iii) other supporting evidence for the creation of a strongly coupled quark-guon plasma. We give an outlook to further, new physics results to be expected from RHIC experiments.
