Summary: | In this paper, a sliding mode control of a series multi-cells converter is introduced. Multi-cells topologies have gained a lot of popularity because of their advantages over classical energy conversion structures. These advantages include: modularity, reduction of component constraints, high efficiency. In order to highlight the performance of higher order sliding mode control, it is compared to a simple order of sliding mode control. The results show the higher order sliding mode control is able to eliminate the phenomenon of chattering caused by a simple order of sliding mode control. |
