Summary: | In this paper, energy dissipation of adiabatic logic gates is analyzed for different device and circuit parameters to find the variation of the energy dissipation with variation of one parameter at a time keeping the rest of the parameters constant. The parameters that are varied are the width of the MOSFETS, Load capacitance, area of diodes, and frequency of the supply voltage. This paper describes these experiments and the results obtained from them. The tools used are cadence Spectre circuit simulator. |
