Одеса   Резюме В статті розглянуті основні ланки патогенезу фіброзних змін у печінці за умов негативного впливу та можливі шляхи їх корекції. Обговорені можливості спрямованої індукції зворотного розвитку фіброзу печінки (ФП). Також наведені результати власних досліджень щодо ефективності застосування збагаченої тромбоцитами плазми при ФП.
